Yes!+ is a program running under the WAYE organisation & The art of Living Organisation founded by His holiness Sri Sri Ravishankarji. The Program is for Youths from he world. The program is very very enthusiastic & Joyful and makes youth stress free and focus ... Yes!+ and the Art of Living is the best thing that could ever happen to me. It has given me a new life and a new hope to take things in a new stride, it was about youth empowerment, interpersonal skills, managerial skills, and so much fun...perhaps those were the best days of my life.....
they taught us from everything to anything- meditation, concentration, the art of listening, how not to ignore india but to take pride in its culture, how to live in the present situation and enjoying everything that comes your way. The Yes!+ worksgop is something that everyone should do atleast once to rejuvinate themselves. The teachings of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are amazingly and fantastically true and practical and hold a magical power to mke things right automatically. The techniques to improve someone were so simple and so reliable and effective. For instance, people who are drus addicts, alcoholics and smokers quit smoking once they attend this course. After knowing the truth behing non vegetarianism, people from the course have already quit non- veg. This course does not only improve you but helps you finf a new "you". It is as if someone just lights up the bulb of knowledge inside you. Sri Sri lovingly calls hmself the garbage collector as is he listens to all the botherations of the people and takes them away with him. This course is something that can leave someone spellbound with the beauty that we hold wothin us. It makes us aware that the energy to make things happen lies within us. And it gives a special message that love moves the world....
...All this and more was deep instilled in my mind and soul. And so was it for a 60 more Mirandians who got an experience of a lifetime last week, when Art of Living organized a YES!+ programme. Initially it was supposed to be an ONLY-MIRANDA thingy but then, later few others joined in as well!!
